Delicate, feathery bronze/red leaves which have a pleasant aniseed flavour. The seeds and leaves can be used in pickles, herbal tea and cooking. This herb grows to about 150cm (59″) and is an attractive plant for both the herb and ornamental garden. Sow in shallow drills spaced well apart and cover with fine soil. Water well and thin or transplant when plants are large enough to handle. Full sun is needed with well-drained soil.
